Diplomová práca (Ing.). - Katedra kvality a strojárskych technológií TF SPU v Nitre Subject-s technické merania kompresný tlak pracovné prostredie naftové motory Zetor (traktory) traktory diplomové práce Annotation Autorský abstrakt: V diplomovej práci sme sa zaoberali diagnostikou spaľovacieho priestoru motorov, konkrétne meraním tesnosti pracovného priestoru naftového motora dvomi metódami, pomerovou metódou a kompresiomerom. V prvej časti sme sa venovali popisu naftového spaľovacieho motora, stručne sme charakterizovali jeho spaľovacie priestory. V práci sme Vás oboznámili s pracovným obehom štvortaktného spaľovacieho motora a s termodynamikou. Ďalej sme pokračovali stručnou charakteristikou prvkov, ktoré ovplyvňujú tesnosť spaľovacích motorov valce motora, piest, piestne krúžky, sacie a výfukové ventily. Práca obsahuje jednotlivé vzťahy pre určenie tlaku na konci kompresie a popis troch základných typov tlakových zmien. V ďalšej časti sme poukázali na problematiku spojenú s poruchami spaľovacieho priestoru motora, jeho diagnostike a tesnosti. Spomenuli sme jednotlivé spôsoby merania kompresného tlaku a vysvetlili sme ich použitie v praxi. V nasledujúcom bode sme sa zamerali na porovnanie dvoch metód merania tesnosti pracovného priestoru spaľovacieho motora, meranie pomerovou metódou a kompresiomerom. Uskutočnili sme merania tesnosti oboma metódami na motore Z 8401 a na základe získaných výsledkov sme vyslovili záver, kde sme zhodnotili kladné a záporné vlastnosti oboch metód. Autorský abstrakt: In the thesis we deal with the diagnosis engine combustion chamber, namely by measuring the leakage workspace diesel engine by the two methods and kompresiomerom ratio method. In the first part we give a description of diesel combustion engine, we briefly describe the combustion space. In this work we familiarize you with the circulation of working a four-stroke internal combustion engine and thermodynamics. We also continued a brief description of elements that affect the tightness of the internal combustion engine cylinders, piston, piston rings, intake and exhaust valves. This work comprises of relations for determining the pressure at the end of compression and a description of three basic types of pressure changes. In the next section, we highlighted the problems associated with disorders of the combustion chamber, its diagnosis and tightness. We mentioned the different ways of measuring the compression pressure, and we explain their use in practice. In the next section, we focused on comparison of two methods for measuring leakage workspace combustion engine, measuring the ratio method and kompresiomerom. We conducted two methods of measuring leak on the engine from 8401 and on the basis of the results we expressed the conclusion, where we evaluate the positive and negative characteristics of both methods.
