Významom tejto novej organizačnej štruktúry je zjednotiť subjekty cestovného ruchu v regióne za cieľom efektívnejšieho rozvoja cestovného ruchu a vytvorenia aktívnej spolupráce, ktorá by mala ukázať správny smer rozvoja Bratislavského kraja v oblasti cestovného ruchu pri využití jeho potenciálu. Vyššie uvedený cieľ práce sa naplní prostredníctvom troch čiastkových cieľov, ktoré predstavujú kroky k vytvoreniu klastra a zároveň aj kapitoly vlastnej práce. V prvých dvoch krokov sú analyzované predpoklady územia a potenciál odvetvia pre vznik klastra. V závere tejto časti práce je načrtnutý ako by mohol vyzerať klaster cestovného ruchu na území Bratislavského kraja. V rámci nej sa identifikovalo pätnásť členov, stanovila sa vízia, stratégia a ciele klastra a nástroje na ich dosiahnutie. Všetky použité informácie v práci pochádzajú zo sekundárnych ako aj z primárnych zdrojov, ktoré sú bližšie opísané v kapitole Metodika práce. Táto časť ako aj ďaľšie časti práce sú zhrnuté v závere, kde je poukázané na to, čo sa dá dosiahnuť spoluprácou a predsa ostať konkurencieschopní. Autorský abstrakt: The aim of this diploma thesis is to create a model cluster of tourism in the Bratislava self-governing region. The purpose of this new organization structure is to unite the subjects of tourism in this region with the objective of a more effective development of tourism and the creation of active cooperation, which should show us the right direction of the development of the Bratislava self-governing region in the area of tourism by making use of its potential. The above mentioned aim of the thesis will be fulfilled by means of three partial aims, which represent the steps towards the creation of the cluster, as well as the chapters of the thesis itself. In the first two steps we analyzed the conditions of the region and the potential of the sector for the creation of a cluster. The outcomes of this analysis, in which we identified fourteen members, set the vision, the strategy and the objectives of the cluster, influenced the creation of the cluster itself. In the end of this part of the thesis there is an outline of how a cluster of tourism in the Bratislava self-governing region could look like, together with the means of its achievement. All the information come either from the secondary or primary sources, which are more precisely described in the chapter called “the Methods of Work”. This and other parts of the thesis are summarized in the conclusion, where we point to what can be achieved through cooperation while still remaining competitive.
