Výrobné podniky v dnešnej dobe prišli na to, že musia klásť dôraz aj na všetky faktory, ktoré majú vplyv na kvalitu výrobku, čiže okrem kvality a ceny polotovarov kladú dôraz aj na ľudský faktor, na spokojnosť zamestnancov, na čistotu a usporiadanosť pracoviska. Efektívna práca môže byť vykonaná, ak za zbytočné prieťahy vo výrobe sa eliminujú. Preto boli od začiatku 30-tich rokov XX. Storočia postupne zavedené metódy na tzv. „zoštíhlenie“ výroby, anglicky: „Lean maufacturing“. V automobilovom priemysle sa kladie na štíhlu výrobu vysoký dôraz. Najväčšie automobilky požadujú štíhlu výrobu aj od svojich dodávateľov. Norma ISO 16949 vyslovene prikáže dodávateľom aby zaviedli metódy štíhlej výroby. Jedným z týchto metód je metóda 5D, ktorou sa zaoberá aj táto bakalárska práca s názvom „Implementácia metódy 5S v organizácii“. V prvej kapitole práca rozoberie históriu vzniku tejto metódy. Charakterizuje jej základné piliere, pričom kladie dôraz zároveň aj na moderné poňatie tejto metódy s prihliadnutím na ďalšie dva možné piliere, ktorými bola rozšírená táto metóda. Cieľom tejto práce je analyzovať zavedenie metódy 5S vo výrobnej organizácií. Do práce sme zahrnuli, akým spôsobom bol tento systém zavedený, ako v tomto podniku tento systém funguje, riadi a akým spôsobom sa kontroluje fungovanie tohto systému, a zároveň na čom sa podieľajú radoví zamestnanci a manažment podniku. Práca zároveň dá návrh, akým spôsobom tento systém môže v konkrétnom podniku fungovať lepšie, efektívnejšie. Tento návrh môže priniesť úžitok nie iba pre konkrétny analyzovaný podnik, ale aj ostatným organizáciám, ktorí metódu 5S v súčasnosti využívajú, alebo ju plánujú zaviesť. Nowadays, manufacturing companies have found that they have to emphasize all factors that affect the quality of the product, i.e. besides the quality and price of semi-finished products, they also emphasize the human factor, the satisfaction of employees, the cleanliness and orderliness of the workplace. Efficient work can be done if unnecessary delays in production are eliminated. Therefore, since the beginning of the 1930's, there have been many new types of workplaces in the world. Lean maufacturing methods have been gradually introduced since the beginning of the 20th century. In the automotive industry there is a high emphasis on lean manufacturing. The largest car companies also demand lean manufacturing from their suppliers. The ISO 16949 standard explicitly instructs suppliers to implement lean manufacturing methods. One of these methods is the 5D method, which is also dealt with in this bachelor thesis entitled Implementation of the 5S method in an organization. In the first chapter, the thesis discusses the history of the emergence of this method. It characterizes its basic pillars, while also emphasizing the modern conception of this method, taking into account the other two possible pillars by which this method has been extended. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the introduction of the 5S method in a manufacturing organization. In this thesis we have included how this system has been introduced, how this system works in this enterprise, how it is managed and how the functioning of this system is controlled, and also what the rank and file employees and the management of the enterprise are involved in. The thesis will also give a suggestion as to how this system can work better, more efficiently in a particular enterprise. This suggestion can benefit not only the particular enterprise analyzed, but also other organizations that are currently using the 5S method or are planning to implement it.
