Bakalárska práca (Bc.). - Ústav krajinnej architektúry FZKI SPU v Nitre Predmet elektronické vysokoškolské kvalifikačné práce bakalárske práce Anotácia Autorský abstrakt: Bakalárska práca sa venuje komplexnej analýze areálu Domova Sociálnych Služieb a Odborného učilišťa pre telesne postihnutú mládež Hrabiny – Nová Baňa v kontextoch krajinného plánovania. Klientami objektu sú prevažne mladé osoby s telesným alebo mentálnym postihom rôzneho stupňa. Mnohí z nich tu trávia prevažnú väčšinu roka. Prvá kapitola práce s názvom Prehľad literatúry je venovaná teoretickému spracovaniu témy a zadefinovaniu základných pojmov. Definuje teóriu architektonickej kompozície, vplyv, funkciu a význam zelene v živote človeka, spôsoby stimulácie zmyslov, či inklúziu a univerzálny dizajn. V závere prvej časti práca zasahuje aj do oblasti zmeny klímy a opisuje rôzne alternatívne formy navrhovania udržateľných bylinných kompozícií. Súčasťou kapitoly sú aj fotografie reprezentatívnych objektov zo Slovenska a zo sveta. Druhá kapitola stručne definuje ciele práce. V tretej kapitole sú zadefinované materiály a metodiky aplikované pri práci. Opisovaná je metodika tvorby inventarizácie, analýz a dotazníka. Ten bol adresovaný pedagógom, pracovníkom aj klientom ústavu, s cieľom zistiť ich názory na prostredie, v ktorom trávia väčšinu dňa. V poslednej časti je priestor venovaný vlastným výsledkom prieskumov a analýz. Táto obsahuje slovný opis k priloženým grafickým analýzam, poskytuje slovné aj grafické výsledky inventarizácie a dotazníka v podobe grafov. Cieľom práce bolo vyhodnotiť súčasný stav vegetácie prostredníctvom komplexnej inventarizácie stromov a krov v areáli. Ďalej prostredníctvom dotazníka zistiť komplexný pohľad na pozitíva a negatíva a nakoniec vypracovať návrhovú štúdiu, ktorá má poskytnúť racionálnejšie preusporiadanie priestoru. Výsledkom práce sú graficky spracované výkresy jednotlivých analýz formátu A3. Tie spoločne poskytujú komplexný pohľad na súčasný stav areálu. Práca končí koncepčným návrhom, v ktorom sa vypracuje funkčná zonácia územia. Author’s abstract: The bachelor's thesis is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the Home of Social Services premises and vocational school for disabled youth in contexts of landscape planning. Clients of the building are mainly young people physical or mental disabilities of various degrees. Many of them spend the vast majority of the year here. The first chapter of thesis entitled Overview of Literature is devoted to theoretical processing of the topic and the definition of basic concepts. It defines the theory of architectural composition, influence, function and meaning of greenery in a person's life, ways of stimulating the senses, inclusion, and universal design. At the end of the first part, the thesis also intervenes in the field of climate change and describes various alternative design of sustainable herbal compositions. Part of the chapter includes photographs of representative objects from Slovakia and the world. Chapter 2 briefly defines the objectives of the thesis. Chapter 3 defines the materials and methodology applied at work. The methodology for taking an inventory or a questionnaire is described. The questionnaire was addressed to the institute's educators, staff and clients in order to find out their opinions about the environment in which they spend most of the day. The last part is devoted to surveys and analyses findings. This contains a narrative description of the attached graphic analyses, provides both verbal and graphical results of the inventory and the questionnaire in the form of graphs. The aim of thesis was to evaluate the current state of vegetation through a comprehensive inventory of trees and shrubs on the site. Furthermore, to find out a comprehensive view of the positives and negatives of the campus through the questionnaire and finally, to carry out a design study to provide a more rational rearrangement of the space. The results of the thesis are graphically processed drawings of individual analyses (A3 format). Together, they provide a comprehensive view of the current state of the site. The thesis ends with a conceptual design in which the functional zoning of the site is developed.
