$a A highly conserved family of ATPases that facilitate the transport of lipids and cations across the plasma membrane. Structurally, they are elongated ALPHA-HELICES constituting five functionally distinct domains: three cytoplasmic domains A, N, and P which contain the catalytic sites, and two transmembrane domains. The N domain phosphorylates the P-domain at an invariant ASPARTATE residue, which, in turn, is dephosphorylated by the A domain. The phosphorylation and dephosphorylation cycles drive conformational changes in the protein between two states (E1 and E2), which allow the substrate to access the other side of the membrane. $8 eng 450 $a E1-E2 ATPase $5 e $8 eng 450 $a P Type Atpase $5 e $8 eng 450 $a P-type ATPase $5 e $8 eng 450 $a P-type Adenosine Triphosphatase $5 e $8 eng 450 $a ATP-áza P-typu $5 e $8 slo 450 $a E1-E2 ATPáza $5 e $8 slo 450 $a E1-E2 ATPázy $5 e $8 slo 450 $a adenozín trifosfatáza P-typu $5 e $8 slo 450 $a adenozín trifosfatázy P-typu $5 e $8 slo 450 $a adenozín trifosfatáza, P-typ $5 e $8 alo 450 $a adenozín trifosfatázy, P-typ $5 e $8 slo 450 $a ATPáza fosforylačného typu $5 e $8 slo 450 $a ATPázy, fosforylačný typ $5 e $8 slo 450 $a adenozín trifosfatázy fosforylačného typu $5 e $8 slo 450 $a adenozín trifosfatáza fosforylačného typu $5 e $8 slo 686 $a D08.811.277.040.025.314 686 $a D12.776.157.530.813 686 $a D12.776.543.585.813 750 $a P-type ATPases $8 eng 801 -0
