$a Percutaneous excision of a herniated or displaced INTERVERTEBRAL DISC by posterolateral approach, always remaining outside the spinal canal. Percutaneous nucleotomy was first described by Hijikata in Japan in 1975. In 1985 Onik introduced automated percutaneous nucleotomy which consists in percutaneous aspiration of the nucleus pulposus. It is carried out under local anesthesia, thus reducing the surgical insult and requiring brief hospitalization, often performed on an outpatient basis. It appears to be a well-tolerated alternative to surgical diskectomy and chymopapain nucleolysis. $8 eng 450 $a Discectomy, Percutaneous $5 e $8 eng 450 $a Nucleotomy, Percutaneous $5 e $8 eng 450 $a odstránenie disku, perkutánne $5 e $8 slo 450 $a odstránenie medzistavcovej platničky, perkutánne $5 e $8 slo 450 $a nukleotómia perkutánna $5 e $8 slo 686 $a E02.718.444.200 686 $a E04.188.350.200 686 $a E04.555.200.200 750 $a Diskectomy, Percutaneous $8 eng 801 -0
