The special part focuses on epidemiology, pathology, clinical symptoms, etiopathogenesis, diagnostics and differential diagnostics of different cancer diseases according to diagnosis and localization. As this textbook is principally focused on propaedeutic", the treatment of different diseases is not described in detail, but rather focused on the principles of treatment procedures and options. For the complexity, we have added chapters on emergencies in oncology as well as palliative care. On the contrary, we did not include childhood cancers, as students learn about them complexly in the subject,pediatrics". We hope that the presented text will be a useful teaching aid for students who study medicine in English not only in their preparation for the exam in the subject, Oncological propaedeutics" but also as a good basis for further education in other medical fields.
