Cieľom práce je navrhnúť výstavbu stajní a jazdeckého areálu v exteriéri turistickej ubytovne Vilov mlyn v obci Nemčice okres Topoľčany. Novovybudovaný komplex vytvorí podmienky pre rozvoj agroturistiky, pre výcvik koní, pre školu jazdenia a hipoterapiu. V jednotlivých častiach práce uvádzam súčasný stav priestoru na výstavbu, históriu chovu koní v obci, metódy a ciele práce, spájam teoretické vedomosti s aplikáciou na podmienky prostredia a vytváram praktickú štúdiu komplexu koniarne a jazdeckého areálu. V závere konštatujem, že technické, hygienické a dispozičné podmienky projektu boli naplnené a každý cieľový subjekt projektu si tu nájde svoje miesto a uplatnenie. Autorský abstrakt: This thesis addresses the application of theoretical knowledge acquired during the university studies, experience gained from the practice in my field of study, knowledge and skills resulting from my personal interest in the rural tourism and services related to rural tourism operations. The goal of this work is to propose a construction of stables and outdoor riding area situated next to the hostel Vilov mlyn in the village Nemčice, district Topoľčany. The newly-built premises will create conditions for the development of rural tourism, training horses, riding school and hippotherapy. In different parts of the work there is pointed out the current state of the area, where the construction will be held, history of the horse breeding in village Nemčice, methods and objectives of this work. I applied the theoretical knowledge to environmental conditions and created a practical study of the riding area and stables. In conclusion, I noted that the technical, sanitary and disposal conditions of this project were met and each target of the project will find its fulfillment.
