    AnnotationAutorský abstrakt: Abstract This diploma thesis deals with the topic of wine production with emphasis on cleaning by filtration. Goal of this diploma thesis is quantification of total turbidity of wine, which was treated by filtration. Diploma work contains a summary of current situation of discussed topic, i.e. of wine production, reasons of formation of turbidity and cleaning processes of wine. Methodical part contains description of method which was used for quantification of turbidity of wine and characterization of filtration line. In the final part of the diploma thesis results along with their interpretation are presented. Key words: total turbidity of wine, filtration, nephelometry
    Autorský abstrakt: Abstract This diploma thesis deals with the topic of wine production with emphasis on achievement of its quality. Goal of this diploma work is quantification of iron in wine, which was stored in the tanks made of two different materials. The first material is steel with protective paint, and second material is 17240, (DIN 1.4307, DIN 1.4301) - a rust-proof category of steel. Diploma thesis contains summary of current situation of discussed topic, i.e. about wine production and storage. Methodical part describes principle of spectrography, which was used for quantification of iron in wine. In the final part of the diploma thesis results along with their interpretation are presented.
