Diplomová práca (Ing.). - Katedra marketingu FEM SPU v Nitre Subject-s INA SKALICA (Skalica, Slovensko) nákup dodávatelia strojárske podniky diplomové práce Annotation Autorský abstrakt: Nákup predstavuje nevyhnutnú a dôležitú súčasť činností podniku, pretože zaobstaráva vstupy pre výrobný proces.Diplomová práca sa zaoberá analýzou nákupnej činnosti vo vybranom podnikateľskom subjekte, v spoločnosti INA SKALICA spol. s r.o. Cieľom diplomovej práce je analyzovať procesy a postupy nákupnej činnosti a následne navrhnúť riešenia pre zefektívnenie nákupného procesu v spoločnosti. Práca je rozdelená na dve časti. Prvá časť je orientovaná na aktivity nákupného oddelenia, spôsoby dosahovania nákupných cieľov a ich vyhodnocovanie. Druhá časť sa venuje zhodnoteniu stavu v obstarávaní neprodukčného materiálu v spoločnosti, nakoľko táto oblasť predstavuje vysoký podiel činnosti nákupcov.V závere práce boli navrhnuté konkrétne riešenia na zefektívnenie nákupnej činnosti, napriek tomu, že neboli zistené vážnejšie nedostatky: využívanie aj iných nástrojov ako len cenových zmien na znižovanie nákladov v podniku spojených s obstarávaním, odborné preškolenie v informačnom systéme spoločnosti pre tých pracovníkov, ktorí sú zodpovední za proces obstarávania materiálov a služieb, v oblasti objednávania neprodukčného materiálu zaviesť informačný systém SupplyOn, ktorý je založený na elektronickej výmene dát. Autorský abstrakt: Purchasing is an essential and important part of the activities of a company because it provides inputs for the process of production.This thesis deals with the analysis of the purchasing activities in a particular business firm – INA SKALICA spol. s r.o. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the processes and procedures of the purchasing activities and consequently it aims to suggest solutions to make the purchasing process in the company more effective. This thesis consists of two parts. The first part deals with the activities of the purchasing department, how the purchasing goals are achieved and their evaluation. The second part deals with the evaluation of the situation associated with the supply of the nonproduction material in the company because this domain represents a large portion of the purchaser´s activities. In the final part of the thesis, some concrete solutions are suggested to make the purchasing activities more effective, although no severe imperfections were detected: the use of instruments other than the change of the price to reduce expenses incurred by the company associated with the supply, professional retraining in the information systems of the company for those workers who are responsible for the process of material and services supply, introduction of the information system SupplyOn that is based on an electronic data interchange in the area of ordering of the nonproduction material.
