Predkladanú diplomovú prácu sme členili do piatich kapitol. V prvej kapitole práce sa venujeme súčasnému stavu riešenej problematiky doma a v zahraničí, konkrétne charakterizujeme sóju, jej históriu a rozšírenie, tiež význam a využitie, následne v tejto kapitole predstavujeme výrobky zo sóje. Tiež sa venujeme pojmu agroekológia a nárokom na vlahu a pôdu, tiež využitiu sóje a v neposlednom rade pestovaniu sóje na území Slovenskej republiky. V druhej kapitole je predstavený hlavný cieľ práce, spolu s vedľajšími. Tretia kapitola je zameraná na metodiku práce. V štvrtej kapitole sa venujme nami výsledkom, ktoré sa nám podarilo získať na základe analýzy dokumentov spoločnosti AGROFINANCE s. r. o. Posledná, piata, kapitola sa zaoberá odporúčaniami pre prax, ktoré sme vyhodnotili na základe informácií z odbornej literatúry a následnej analýzy pestovania sóje v podniku AGROFINANCE s. r. o. V tejto práci sme analyzovali vývoj pestovania sóje fazuľovej v danom podniku počas troch rokov. Analýza ukázala ako ovplyvnila zmena stratégie pestovania, vplyv hnojenia v počiatočnom a vegetačnom štádiu celkovú úrodu. Po preskúmaní výsledkov sme podniku predniesli možné riešenia pre zlepšenia v budúcich rokoch. Author’s abstract: The main goal of the submitted diploma thesis is based on a literature search of available literature to describe the cultivation and growing system of soybeans of a particular company - AGROFINANCE s. r. o. We divided the submitted diploma thesis into five chapters. In the first chapter we deal with the current state of the problem at home and abroad, we specifically characterize soy, its history and distribution, as well as the importance and use, then in this chapter we present soy products. We also deal with the concept of agroecology and the demands on moisture and soil, as well as the use of soybeans and, last but not least, the cultivation of soybeans in the Slovak Republic. The second chapter presents the main goal of the work, along with the secondary ones. The third chapter is focused on the methodology of work. In the fourth chapter, let us deal with the results that we managed to obtain on the basis of the analysis of documents of the company AGROFINANCE s. r. o. The last, fifth, chapter deals with the recommendations for practice, which we evaluated on the basis of information from the literature and the subsequent analysis of soybean cultivation in the company AGROFINANCE s. r. o. In this work, we analyzed the development of bean soybean cultivation in the company over three years. The analysis showed how the change of cultivation strategy, the effect of fertilization in the initial and vegetation stage affected the overall harvest. After reviewing the results, we presented the company with possible solutions for improvements in the coming years.
