Bakalárska práca (Bc.). - Ústav záhradníctva FZKI SPU v Nitre Subject-s bakalárske práce Annotation Autorský abstrakt: V prvej etape záverečná práca zachytáva súčasný stav problematiky stabilizovania ruží vo svete. V druhej časti, v rámci hlavného cieľa práce, bolo overovaných 7 metód stabilizácie najpopulárnejšej a najviac floristicky využívanej Rosa x hybrida. Experimentálny materiál bol konkrétne ošetrovaný prostredníctvom silica gélu, glycerolu, sušením biologického materiálu nad vodou, sušením nad vodou v sušiarni, prostredníctvom kombinácie etylalkoholu a glycerolu, prostredníctvom etylalkoholu, glycerolu a etylalkoholovým oplachom a sušením vplyvom izbovej teploty, pričom následne bola hodnotená kvalita výsledného produktu. Medzi žiaduce vlastnosti stabilizovaného rastlinného materiálu bolo určené zachovanie pôvodného tvaru kvetu, štruktúry, pevnosti a zachovanie prirodzenej farby. V ďalšej etape experimentu sme sa pokúsili identifikovať najvhodnejší spôsob farbenia stabilizovaného materiálu Rosa x hybrida. Na základe zistení možno konštatovať, že za najvhodnejšie metódy stabilizácie druhu Rosa x hybrida možno považovať stabilizáciu 30% glycerolom, silica gélom a kombináciu etanolu s glycerolom. Produkty dosiahnuté týmto ošetrením boli z pohľadu zachovania tvaru a štruktúry podobné komerčne predávanému produktu distribuovaného firmou Kvety.sk. s.r.o.. Z pohľadu zachovania farby stabilizovaného produktu alebo samotného farbenia je potrebné realizovať ďalšie experimenty, nakoľko metódy realizované v našich pokusoch neviedli k uspokojivému výsledku. Author’s abstract: In the first part, the thesis captures the current situation of the stabilization of roses in the world. In the second part of the thesis, 7 stabilization methods of the most popular and most floristically used Rosa x hybrida were verified, as the main objective of the work. The experimental material was specifically treated by silica gel, glycerol, drying the biological material over water, drying over water in a dryer, using a combination of ethyl alcohol and glycerol, using ethyl alcohol, glycerol and ethyl alcohol rinsing and air drying at room temperature, while the quality of the resulting product was subsequently evaluated. The preservation of the original shape, structure and strength of the flower, as well as the preservation of the natural colour were determined as the desired properties of the stabilized plant material. In the next stage of the experiment, we tried to identify the most suitable method of dyeing Rosa x hybrida. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that stabilization with 30% glycerol, silica gel and a combination of ethanol and glycerol can be considered as the most suitable methods for the stabilization of the Rosa x hybrida species. The products obtained by this treatment were similar to the commercially sold product distributed by the company Kvety.sk.s.r.o. in terms of shape and structure preservation. It is necessary to carry out further experiments for preserving the colour of the stabilized product or the dyeing itself, as the methods implemented in our experiments did not lead to a satisfactory result.
