Cieľom bakalárskej práce je popísať liehovarnícke závody na pestovateľské pálenie ovocia a ich postavenie v ekonomike Slovenskej republiky. Medzi čiastkové ciele patrí: charakteristika národného hospodárstva Slovenskej republiky, charakteristika potravinárstva v národnom hospodárstve SR, charakteristika liehovarníctva v národnom hospodárstve Slovenskej republiky. Bakalárska práca je rozdelená do štyroch kapitol. V prvej kapitole je teoretické vymedzenie riešenej problematiky, druhá kapitola sa zameriava na ciele práce, tretia kapitola sa zameriava na metodiku a materiál a štvrtú kapitolu tvoria zistené výsledky výskumu. Vo výsledkoch práce je popísaný trh s liehovinami v Slovenskej republike z hľadiska spotreby, štruktúra subjektov v liehovarníckom priemysle, trh s liehovinami z hľadiska ekonomických ukazovateľov za liehovary a trh s liehovinami z hľadiska ekonomických ukazovateľov za liehovary – pálenice. V práci je použitá analytická, syntetická, komparatívna a teoreticko-empirická metóda. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to describe the distilleries distilleries for home fruit growers and their position in the economy of the Slovak Republic. The partial objectives include: characteristics of the national economy of the Slovak Republic, characteristics of the food industry in the national economy of the Slovak Republic, characteristics of the distilling industry in the national economy of the Slovak Republic. The bachelor thesis is divided into four chapters. In the first chapter there is a theoretical definition of the solved problem, the second chapter focuses on the objectives of the work, the third chapter focuses on the methodology and material, and the fourth chapter consists of the research results. As a result of the work, the spirits market in the Slovak Republic is described in terms of consumption, the structure of entities in the distillery industry, the spirits market in terms of economic indicators for distilleries and the spirits market in terms of economic indicators for distilleries - distilleries. Analytical, synthetic, comparative and theoretical-empirical methods are used in the thesis.
