Bakalárska práca (Bc.). - Ústav ekonomiky a manažmentu FEM SPU v Nitre Subject-s bakalárske práce elektronické vysokoškolské kvalifikačné práce Annotation Autorský abstrakt: Hlavným cieľom bakalárskej práce „Riadenie nákladov vo vybranom podniku“ je zhodnotiť stav, vývoj a štruktúru nákladov vo vybranom podniku. Analyzovaným podnikom je Bang Joo Elektronics Slovakia, spol s r. o. Podkladom pre spracovanie práce boli údaje z účtovnej závierky podniku. Sledovaným časovým obdobím sú roky 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 a 2021. Práca je rozdelená do štyroch kapitol. Prvá kapitola práce je prehľad súčasného stavu riešenej problematiky doma i v zahraničí, kde sú uvedené názory domácich a zahraničných autorov k riešenej problematike. Je venovaná vymedzeniu a klasifikácii nákladov, členeniu nákladov, metódam kalkulovania a spôsobom znižovania nákladov. V druhej kapitole sa nachádza cieľ a čiastkové ciele práce. Tretia kapitola obsahuje metodiku práce a metódy skúmania práce, podrobnejší výklad vzorcov a ich interpretáciu. V poslednej, štvrtej, kapitole sú zosumarizované výsledky práce, a to konkrétne analýza nákladov vo vybranom podniku, vývoj nákladov, výnosov a výsledku hospodárenia a jeho foriem za sledované obdobia. Ďalej kapitola obsahuje analýzu rentability a analýzu pyramídovej sústavy RCK. Práca končí záverom, ktorý obsahuje návrhy opatrení na zlepšenie pre vybraný podnik, ktoré by mohli viesť k lepším výsledkom ukazovateľov, a tým pádom by sa podniku mohlo viac dariť a mohol by sa rozrastať. Tieto opatrenia zahŕňajú vyhľadávanie ďalších možných odberateľov, aby sa podnik nesústredil len na súčasného hlavného odberateľa. Podnik by sa mal tak isto zamerať na zníženie materiálovej a energetickej nákladovosti výnosov, pretože väčšina nákladov tvorí spotreba materiálu a energií. Author’s abstract: The aim of the bachelor thesis Cost management in a selected enterprise is to evaluate the status, development and structure of costs in a selected enterprise. The analyzed enterprise is Bang Joo Elektronics Slovakia, spol s r. o. The basis for the work processing was data from the financial statements of the enterprise. The monitored time periods are the years 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter of the thesis is an overview of the current state of the issue addressed at home and abroad, where the opinions of domestic and foreign authors on the issue addressed are presented. It is devoted to the definition and classification of costs, cost breakdown, costing methods and ways of cost reduction.The second chapter contains the aim and sub-objectives of the thesis.The third chapter contains the methodology of the work and methods of investigation of the work, a more detailed interpretation of the formulas and their interpretation. The last, fourth, chapter summarizes the results of the thesis, namely the analysis of costs in the selected enterprise, the development of costs, revenues and profit and loss and its forms for the periods under study. Furthermore, the chapter contains the profitability analysis and the analysis of the pyramid system of the RCC. The thesis ends with a conclusion that contains suggestions for improvement measures for the selected enterprise that could lead to better performance of the indicators, and thus the enterprise could be more prosperous and grow. These measures include looking for other potential customers so that the enterprise does not focus only on the current main customer. The business should also focus on reducing the material and energy cost of revenues, as the majority of costs are made up of material and energy consumption.
