Vinič je rastlina, ktorá patrí medzi najstaršie kultúrne rastliny produkujúca hrozno. Existuje mnoho odrôd, ktoré sú všeobecne citlivé na hubové choroby, preto sa v zahraničí vyšľachtili a v pestovateľskej praxi aj uplatňujú tzv. interšpecifické odrody, ktorými sú PIWI odrody. Sú známe tým, že sú odolné voči hubovým ochoreniam ako napríklad perenospóra, či múčnatka. Bakalárska práca má za cieľ zhodnotiť niektoré vlastnosti vybraných PIWI odrôd pestovaných v podmienkach východného Slovenska. Za vybrané PIWI odrody sme zvolili Cabernet cortis, Solaris a Souvignier gris. V práci sme pomocou vizuálnych pozorovaní sledovali priebeh fenologických fáz sledovaných PIWI odrôd. Ďalej sme pozorovali infekcie sledovaných odrôd hubovými ochoreniami a hospodársky významnými škodcami. Pri modrej muštovej odrode Cabernet cortis sme zaznamenali miernu infekciu múčnatkou a napadnutie roztočom. Počas zberu a po vylisovaní muštu sme zisťovali cukornatosť jednotlivých odrôd pomocou refraktometra a muštomera. V deň zberu bielej muštovej odrody Solaris, ktorý sme vykonali 9.9.2022 sme pomocou refraktometra namerali cukornatosť hrozna 26,5 °NM. V deň zberu 17.9.2022 hrozna bielej muštovej odrody Souvignier Gris sme pomocou refraktometra namerali cukornatosť hrozna na úrovni 24 °NM. V deň zberu odrody Cabernet cortis, ktorý sme vykonali v rovnaký deň ako pri odrode Souvignier gris, sme namerali cukornatosť hrozna na úrovni 27 °NM. Cukornatosť muštu po vylisovaní, dosiahla pri všetkých pozorovaných odrodách hodnotu na výrobu vín s prívlastkom. Priebeh fenologických fáz a cukornatosť muštu jednotlivých odrôd sme navzájom porovnali. Grapevine is a plant that is among the oldest cultivated plants producing grapes. There are many varieties that are generally sensitive to fungal diseases, that is why they have been bred abroad and are also used in growing practice, so called interspecific varieties, which are PIWI varieties. They are known for being resistant to fungal diseases such as downy and powdery mildew. The bachelor's thesis aims to evaluate some properties of selected PIWI varieties grown in the conditions of eastern Slovakia. We chose Cabernet cortis, Solaris and Souvignier gris as the selected PIWI varieties. In our work, we used visual observations to monitor the course of the phenological phases of the monitored PIWI varieties. Furthermore, we observed infections of the observed varieties with fungal diseases and economically important pests. In the blue wine variety Cabernet cortis, we noticed a slight powdery mildew infection and mite infestation. During the harvest and after pressing the must, we determined the sugar content of the individual varieties using a refractometer and a must meter. On the day of harvesting the Solaris white wine variety, which we carried out on September 9, 2022, we measured the sugar content of the grapes at 26.5 °NM using a refractometer. On the day of harvesting, September 17, 2022, we used a refractometer to measure the sugar content of the grapes at the level of 24 °NM. On the day of harvesting the Cabernet cortis variety, which we did on the same day as the Souvignier gris variety, we measured the sugar content of the grapes at the level of 27 °NM. The sugar content of the must after pressing reached the value for the production of wines with the attribute for all observed varieties. We compared the course of phenological phases and the sugar content of must of individual varieties.
