Diplomová práca (Ing.). - Ústav krajinnej architektúry FZKI SPU v Nitre Subject-s diplomové práce Annotation Autorský abstrakt: Prítomnosť čiastočne využívaných alebo nevyužívaných bývalých priemyselných areálov v mestskom sídle predstavuje ekologickú, ekonomickú a estetickú záťaž pre dané prostredie. Téma regenerácie takýchto priestorov – brownfieldov sa začína čoraz častejšie dostávať do popredia s myšlienkou ich pretvorenia na funkčné verejné priestory. Diplomová práca Krajinno-architektonický návrh verejného priestranstva v bývalej Baťovej fabrike v Partizánskom sa zaoberá obnovou verejných priestranstiev v tejto fabrike. Konkrétne rieši problematiku verejných priestranstiev v mestskom sídle a prítomnosť brownfieldov v krajine. Zároveň sa práca zameriava na dôležitosť vegetácie, zelených plôch a vodozádržných opatrení v priestore sídel. Prvá časť diplomovej práce obsahuje teoretické poznatky zaoberajúce sa popisom Baťovej architektúry a základnými informáciami o firme Baťa a zásadách jeho celoživotného diela v komplexnom pojatí. Práca zasahuje do tém týkajúcich sa mestských sídel, verejných priestranstiev a pozitívnemu prístupu k nim. Teoretická časť upozorňuje i na dôležitosť zelene a vodozádržných opatrení v mestskom prostredí, na problematiku obnovy brownfieldov. Správne pochopenie informácií týkajúcich sa spomínaných tém je potrebným východiskovým bodom pre vytvorenie kvalitného konceptuálneho plánu a návrhu priestoru. Výsledky práce sú obsiahnuté v druhej časti práce. Podstatou sú vytvorené podrobné analýzy týkajúce sa súčasného stavu riešeného územia. Do konceptuálneho plánu boli zapracované i informácie o histórii mesta a geomorfologických podmienkach záujmového územia, čo vytvára primeraný štartovný bod k vytvoreniu kvalitného krajinno-architektonického návrhu verejného priestranstva v bývalej Baťovej fabrike v Partizánskom. Výsledkom je vznik funkčného areálu, ktorý je vhodný pre širokú verejnosť a poskytuje socializáciu, kultúru, oddych a aktivity pre všetky generácie. Author’s abstract: The presence of partially used or unused former industrial areas in the city center represents an ecological, economic and aesthetic burden for the environment. The topic of regeneration of these spaces - brownfields - is starting to come to the fore more and more often with the idea of transforming them into functional public spaces. Diploma thesis Landscape-architecture solution of public space in the former Baťa factory in Partizánske deals with the restoration of public spaces in this factory. Specifically, the thesis addresses the issue of public spaces in the city center and the presence of brownfields in the country. At the same time, the diploma thesis focuses on the importance of vegetation, green areas and water retention measures in the area of settlements. The first part of the thesis contains theoretical knowledge about the description of Baťa architecture and basic information about the Baťa company and the principles of his lifelong work in a comprehensive concept. The work touches on topics related to urban settlements, public spaces and a positive approach to them. The theoretical part draws attention to the importance of greenery and water retention measures in the urban environment and to the issue of brownfield renewal. A correct understanding of the information related to the mentioned topics is a necessary starting point for the creation of a quality conceptual plan and design of this space. The results of the work are contained in the second practical part of the thesis. The main goal is the creation of detailed analyzes regarding the current state of the area under consideration. Information about the history of the city and the geomorphological conditions of the area of interest were incorporated into the conceptual plan, which creates an appropriate starting point for the creation of a high-quality landscape-architectural design of the public space in the former Baťa factory in Partizánske. The result is the creation of a functional area that is suitable for the general public and provides socialization, culture, relaxation and activities for all generations.
