Diplomová práca (Ing.). - Ústav agronomických vied FAPZ SPU v Nitre Subject-s diplomové práce Annotation Autorský abstrakt: Budúcnosť rastlinnej výroby momentálne závisí od nášho prístupu a preto je potrebné zmeniť náš prístup a navrhnúť také systémy pestovania plodín, ktoré sú menej závislé od syntetických pesticídov a chemikálií. Z tohto dôvodu cieľom predkladanej diplomovej práce bolo v literárnej časti práce charakterizovať jednu z alternatívnych metód integrovanej ochrany rastlín – push – pull metódu. Ďalej sme bližšie špecifikovali princíp metódy, jej pozitívne vlastnosti na rastlinnú výrobu a možnosti využitia v regulácií lienky východnej. Práca obsahuje aj popis lienky východnej, jej pôvod a rozšírenie, pozitívne a negatívne vlastnosti na biodiverzitu. Druhá, praktická časť práce obsahuje náš výskum, pri ktorom boli stanovené dve hypotézy, tie boli na konci práce aj potvrdené. S úspechom sme potvrdili prvú hypotézu, že lienka východná priamo nepoškodzuje plody, a objavuje sa len na plodoch ktoré už boli poškodzované, buď zámerne ako počas nášho experimentu alebo hmyzom, vtákmi. Druhá hypotéza bola tiež potvrdená našim výskumom. Podľa výsledkov manipulácia správania lienky východnej pomocou metódy push – pull sa dá úspešne využiť na viniči. Na konci diplomovej práce sme dospeli k záveru, že metóda push – pull je osvedčenou metódou aj pri regulácií lienky východnej. Author’s abstract: The future of crop production currently depends on our approach, and therefore we need to change our approach and develop cropping systems that are less dependent on synthetic pesticides and chemicals. For this reason, the aim of the present work was to characterize one of the alternative methods of integrated pest management - the push-pull method - in the literature section of the thesis. In addition, the principle of the method, its positive properties on crop production and the possibilities of its application in the control of the Asian lady beetle were described. The work also contains a description of the Asian lady beetle, its origin and distribution, and its positive and negative effects on biodiversity. The second, practical part of the thesis contains our research, where two hypotheses were established and confirmed at the end of the thesis. We successfully confirmed the first hypothesis, that the Asian lady beetle does not damage fruits directly, but only appears on fruits that have already been damaged, either intentionally as in our experiment or by insects or birds. The second hypothesis was also confirmed by our research. The results show that manipulating the behavior of the Asian lady beetle with the push-pull method can be successfully used in vineyards.
