Podnik je analyzovaný za obdobie rokov 2017 – 2021. Diplomová práca je rozdelená do štyroch častí, pričom prvú časť tvorí súčasný stav riešenej problematiky. V druhej časti sme stanovili hlavný cieľ a čiastkové ciele. Tretiu časť tvorí metodika práce, v ktorej sa nachádzajú vzorce na výpočet ukazovateľov. Štvrtá časť sa zaoberá výpočtom ukazovateľov, pričom na výpočet sme čerpali údaje z účtovnej závierky podniku. Začali sme horizontálnou a vertikálnou analýzou súvahy, posúdili sme financovanie krátkodobého a dlhodobého majetku a zlaté bilančné pravidlo. Analyzovali sme náklady, výnosy a výsledok hospodárenia. Ďalej nasledoval výpočet a interpretácia pomerových ukazovateľov ex post, medzi ktoré patria ukazovatele aktivity, likvidity, rentability a zadlženosti. Analyzovali sme vstupy a výstupy na zhodnotenie efektívnosti pomocou ukazovateľov produktívnosti a náročnosti. Pri analýze cash flow sme sa zamerali na výpočet cash flow I. – V., net cash flow a bilančné zostavenie cash flow. Poslednú časť tvorí kvantifikácia modelov ex ante – Altmanov Z – koeficient, Tafflerov model a Index bonity. V závere sú zhrnuté výsledky práce a návrh opatrení na zlepšenie činnosti podniku. Na základe dosiahnutých výpočtov zaraďujeme podnik medzi priemerný so schopnosťou dosahovať zisk. Author’s abstract: The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the financial performance of an enterprise operating in the field of industry. The enterprise is analyzed for the period 2017-2021. The diploma thesis is divided into four parts, with the first part forming the current state of the solved issue. In the second part, we set a main objective and milestones. The third part consists of a methodology of work, in which there are formulas for calculating indicators. The fourth part deals with the calculation of indicators, drawing data from the financial statements of the enterprise for the calculation. We started with a horizontal and vertical analysis of the balance sheet, assessed the financing of short-term and non-current assets, and the golden balance rule. We analyzed costs, revenues and profit or loss. This was followed by the calculation and interpretation of ex-post ratios, which include activity, liquidity, profitability and indebtedness indicators. We analysed inputs and outputs to evaluate efficiency using productivity and difficulty indicators. During the cash flow analysis, we focused on the calculation of cash flow I. – V., net cash flow and balance sheet cash flow. The last part consists of quantification of ex ante models – Altman Z – coefficient, Taffler model and creditworthiness index. In conclusion, the results of the work are summarized and the proposal of measures to improve the activities of the enterprise. Based on the calculations obtained, we rank the enterprise among the average with the ability to make a profit.
