Diplomová práca (Ing.). - Ústav krajinnej architektúry FZKI SPU v Nitre Subject-s diplomové práce Annotation Autorský abstrakt: Zeleň verejných priestranstiev sídlisk predstavuje neoddeliteľnú a nenahraditeľnú organickú zložku, ktorá plní viacero dôležitých funkcií v rámci urbanistickej štruktúry sídlisk. Má nesmierny este-tický význam a pozitívny vplyv na mikroklímu daného prostredia, slúži ako miesto na oddych, rekreá-ciu, napomáha k fyzickej a psychickej pohode, zlepšuje celkovú kvalitu života obyvateľov. Je súčasťou verejných priestranstiev, ktoré napomáhajú k posilneniu spoločenského života, k integrácii obyvate-ľov sídliska, navyše ich kvalitné prevedenie môže pozitívne ovplyvniť celkovú atmosféru a estetickú hodnotu sídliska. Diplomová práca sa zaoberá revitalizáciou verejného priestoru v obytnom súbore sídliska Ší-pok v meste Partizánske. Sídlisko bolo vybudované začiatkom osemdesiatych rokov 20. storočia, do-stalo rovnomenné pomenovanie ako vrch vypínajúci sa východne od neho. Riešené územie sa na-chádza v spodnej časti sídliska, v tzv. lokalite: „pod kopcom“, leží v rovinatom teréne. Práca sa skladá z dvoch častí. Prvá, teoretická časť obsahuje kapitoly dôležité k pochopeniu týchto priestorov. Zao-berá sa definíciou verejného priestranstva, jeho typom, kritériami kvality, vybavením, súčasným prob-lémami a v neposlednom rade zeleňou verejných priestranstiev. Druhá časť sa zameriava na výsledky práce, pozostáva z textovej a grafickej časti. Vyhodnocuje analýzy súčasného stavu riešeného územia, predstavuje návrhovú štúdiu, z ktorej následne vychádza komplexné riešenie vybraného územia a jeho detaily. Práca má poukázať na dôležitosť kvality a revitalizácie vnútroblokov v rámci životnej úrovne obyvateľov. Návrh je riešením a odpoveďou na požiadavky súčasných obyvateľov sídliska a zároveň prak-tickou ukážkou autorského prístupu k aktuálnej problematike. Author’s abstract: The greenery of the public spaces of housing estates represents an inseparable and irrepla-ceable organic component that fulfills several important functions within the urban structure of ho-using estates. It has immense aesthetic significance and a positive influence on the microclimate of the given environment, serves as a place for rest and recreation, helps with physical and psycholo-gical well-being, and improves the overall quality of life of the residents. It is a part of public spaces that help to strengthen social life and the integration of residents of the housing estate, moreover, their high-quality design can positively affect the overall atmosphere and aesthetic value of the hou-sing estate. The diploma thesis deals with the revitalization of the public space in the housing complex Ší-pok in the town of Partizánske. The housing estate was built in the early eighties of the 20th century, it got the same name as the hill rising east of it. The area under consideration is located in the lower part of the housing estate, in the so-called location: pod kopcom (under the hill), lies in flat terrain. The work consists of two parts. The first, theoretical part contains chapters important for understan-ding these spaces. It deals with the definition of public space, its type, quality criteria, equipment, current problems and, last but not least, the greenery of public spaces. The second part focuses on the results of the work, it consists of a textual and graphic part. It evaluates analyzes of the current state of the area being addressed, presents a design study, from which the complex solution of the selected area and its details are subsequently based. The work aims to point out the importance of the quality and revitalization of inner blocks within the standard of living of the inhabitants. The proposal is a solution and a response to the demands of the current residents of the hou-sing estate and at the same time a practical example of the author's approach to current issues.
