Ešte donedávna problém neplodnosti samcov nebol tak rozšírený ako je v súčasnosti. Podľa výskumov sa predpokladá, že hlavnou príčinou neplodnosti je rozvoj priemyslu, pôsobenia rôznych chemických, fyzikálnych a toxických látok, ktoré ovplyvňujú spermatogenézu alebo priamo morfologickú stavbu a pohyblivosť spermie. Tieto faktory by sme mohli rozdeliť na skupinu faktorov vplývajúcich z vnútorného prostredia (endogénne faktory), kde patria napr.: vrodené vývojové chyby pohlavných orgánov, spermií, imunologické problémy, hormonálne problémy, genetika, vek a iné. Medzi faktory z vonkajšieho prostredia (exogénne faktory) môžeme zaradiť napr.: rôzne chemické látky, teplo, svetlo, klimatické príčiny, spôsob odchovu, vplyv ustajnenia, pohlavného zaťaženia, výživy a iné. Vplyvom týchto faktorov dochádza k deformáciám spermií, zníženiu počtu oplodnenia schopných spermií (poruchy spermií na molekulovej úrovni), prípadne k pozastaveniu až k úplnému zastaveniu tvorby spermií. Práca je založená na štúdiu odbornej a vedeckej literatúry z publikácií , ktoré sa daným problémom zaoberajú a ako celok má oboznamujúci charakter.Kľúčové slová: gunár, káčer, neplodnosť, spermiogenéza, spermia, pohlavné orgány vtákov, príčiny neplodnosti Autorský abstrakt: The aim of this thesis was to summarize and analyze the causes of infertility Duck and Gander, describe their effects and to highlight the main sources of reasons. Until recently the problem of male infertility was not as widespread as it is today. According to research, it is assumed that the main cause of infertility is the development of industry, effects of various chemical, physical and toxic substances that affect spermatogenesis or directly to the morphological structure and sperm motility. These factors, we could split the group of factors affecting the internal environment (endogenous factors), which include, for example.: congenital malformations of the genital organs, sperm, immunological problems, hormonal problems, genetics, age and others. Among the factors of external environment (exogenous factors) can be classified as.: various chemicals, heat, light, climatic reasons, the method of rearing, the impact of housing, the burden of sexual, nutritional, and others.
