Bakalárska práca (Bc.). - Ústav krajinného inžinierstva FZKI SPU v Nitre Subject-s bakalárske práce Annotation Autorský abstrakt: Predložená bakalárska práca je štruktúrovaná z teoretickej a praktickej časti. V teoretickej časti sú klasifikované základné pojmy z oblasti odpadového hospodárstva, ako je nakladanie s odpadom, zhodnocovanie a zneškodňovanie odpadov, opätovné použitie, recyklácia, kompostovanie, zber odpadu. Následne sú definované nelegálne skládky odpadov a ich vplyv na životné prostredie, možné sanácie skládok a základný postup pri nahlasovaní vzniknutých nelegálnych skládok. Ďalej sú uvedené povinnosti obce v oblasti odpadového hospodárstva, ktoré vyplývajú z platnej legislatívy. V metodike práce je bližšie charakterizovaná obec Šúrovce a vymedzenie záujmového územia. V praktickej časti sú definované informácie o odpadovom hospodárstve obce, spôsobe jeho zberu, vyzbieranom množstve a porovnanie týchto údajov s priemernou hodnotou Slovenskej republiky. Praktickú časť práce dotvára aj informačný prieskum prostredníctvom dotazníka, ktorý je zameraný na tému odpadového hospodárstva obce Šúrovce a je určený pre obyvateľov obce. Informačný prieskum dopomáha k zisteniu miery informovanosti obyvateľov v danej problematiky, ich skúseností a názorov, prípadne navrhnutých zmien ohľadom odpadového hospodárstva v obci. Analýzou odpadového hospodárstva v obci Šúrovce sme zistili, že produkcia komunálnych odpadov v obci je dlhodobo nižšia ako priemerné hodnoty v Slovenskej republike. Úroveň vytriedenia v priebehu rokov má stúpajúcu tendenciu, čo následne prinieslo zníženie skládkovaných odpadov v sledovanej obci. Výsledkom dotazníkového prieskumu je zistenie záujmu občanov o problematiku odpadového hospodárstva a, že najžiadanejšou zmenou v obci je vybudovanie zberného dvoru. Terénnym prieskumom sme zaznamenali na nami vybranom území (o rozlohe 20 ha) 4 nelegálne skládky pri rieke Váh, ktoré sme zaznačili do mapy a špecifikovali ich zloženie. Témy zamerané na odpadové hospodárstvo sú v súčasnosti charakteristické zvýšeným záujmom, nakoľko tvorba odpadu stúpa a musia sa uplatňovať vhodné spôsoby nakladania s ním. Author’s abstract: The presented bachelor thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part classifies the basic concepts of waste management, such as waste handling, waste recovery and disposal, reuse, recycling, composting, waste collection. The theoretical part also examines illegal landfills and their impact on the environment, their possible remediation and the basic procedure for reporting of illegal landfills. Furthermore, the obligations of municipality in the field of waste management resulting from the legislation in force are listed. The methodology of the thesis defines the municipality of Šúrovce and the area of interest. The practical part of the thesis defines information about the waste management of the municipality, the way of waste collection, the collected quantity and the comparison of these data with the average value in the Slovak Republic. The practical part of the thesis is completed by a questionnaire information survey focusing on the waste management in the municipality of Šúrovce and is designated for the inhabitants. The information survey helps to find out the level of awareness in the given issue, the experience and opinions of inhabitants, or proposed changes regarding waste management in the municipality. By analysing the waste management in the municipality of Šúrovce, the author has found that the production of municipal waste has been lower than the average values in the Slovak Republic for a long time. The level of sorting over the years has an increasing tendency, which consequently brought a reduction of landfilled waste in the monitored municipality. The result of the questionnaire survey is to find out the interest of citizens in the issue of waste management and that the most desired change in the village is the construction of collection yard. The author has found 4 illegal landfills near the river Váh in selected area and marked them on the map, specifying the composition of the landfills. Waste management topics are currently highly discussed as waste production is increasing and appropriate waste management methods must be applied.
