Prvá kapitola práce sa zameriava na teoretickú časť. V nej sa definujú náklady podniku, ich členenie a následne kalkulácia nákladov, kalkulačný systém, predmet, druhy a metódy kalkulácií. Na záver teoretickej časti je definovaný význam kalkulácií v hotelierstve. V druhej kapitole definujeme hlavný cieľ práce spolu s čiastkovými cieľmi. V tretej kapitole uvádzame charakteristiku hotela, jeho náklady, štruktúru nákladov a vrátane metodiky práce. V poslednej štvrtej kapitole sa nachádza analýza a kalkulácia nákladov v spoločnosti Verebel, s.r.o. , ako celok a následne podľa predmetu činností. Výsledok našej práce je porovnanie hospodárenia hotelových služieb vo väzbe na výsledné kalkulácie nákladov. 520 $a Author’s abstract: The aim of the bachelor thesis 'cost calculation and their use in the selected enterprise' is to calculate and analyze the costs of Verebel, s.r.o. hotel for the period 2018-2020. The first chapter of the thesis focuses on the theoretical part. It defines the costs of undertakings, their breakdown and subsequently the cost calculation, the calculation system, the subject matter, the types and methods of calculation. At the end of the theoretical part, is defined. the importance of calculations in the hotel industry. The second chapter defines the main objective of the thesis together with the sub-objectives. In the third chapter we present the characteristics of the hotel, its costs, cost structure and we also include the methodology of thesis. The last fourth chapter contains an analysis and cost calculation of Verebel, s.r.o. , as a whole and subsequently according to the subject of activities.
