Popisujem, aké je ťažké postaviť kvalitný hipoterapeutický tím(kôň, lekár, terapeut, hipológ, pomocníci) a vybudovať podmienky pre tieto služby (hala,jazdiareň, bezbariérový vstup, učebne, šatne, atď.). Analyzujem, čo si musia uvedomiťbudúci majitelia areálov, pri poskytovaní týchto služieb. Čo všetko si vyžaduje postaviťkvalitný tím. Popisujem jednotlivé pracovné náplne zamestnancov ale aj členov klubu a čosa od nich očakáva. Keďže ide o využitie koní, popisujem aj ako sa treba o kone staraťa ako im zabezpečiť tie najlepšie podmienky pre ich pohodu. Zaoberala som sa ajbezpečnosťou všetkých osôb nachádzajúcich sa v areáli s koňmi a preto som vypracovalaprevádzkový poriadok, ktorého dodržiavanie prinesie spokojnosť zákazníkov, členova kvalitnú starostlivosť o kone. Táto práca má usmerniť budúcich majiteľov koní, spôsobzostavenia kvalitného areálu s poskytovaním služieb hipoterapie a možnosť poskytnúť prekone tie najlepšie fyziologické, etologické a bezpečnostné potreby. Autorský abstrakt: In my thesis I concentrate on use of horses at alternative treatment – hippotherapy(treatment with help of a horse). I describe how it is difficult to organise a hippotherapeuticteam (a horse, a veterinary doctor, therapist, hippotherapist, assistents ) and to build goodconditions for such services ( hall, riding hall, barrierfree entrance, classrooms, dressingrooms, etc. ). I analyse what future owners must become aware of before they offer theseservices, what is required to build a high quality team. I describe particular scope ofemployment of employees and also club members and what is expected from them.Because it concerns the horses I describe how to take care of horses , how to arrange thebest conditions for their well-being. I dealt with security of all persons present in the wholearea and that´s why I created working regulations. By following these regulations it shouldresult in the clients and the members of the club being satisfied and ensures a high qualitycare for the horses. This work should provide a guide for future horse owners , to showthem the way to create a high quality area offerring the best level of service and the bestphysiological, ethological and security conditions.
