Finančná analýza sa zaoberá minulými, súčasnými, ale taktiež aj budúcimi vývojmi finančnej situácie podniku. Pomocou tohto nástroja vieme odhaliť silné a slabé stránky podniku, ktoré nám môžu pomôcť predchádzať alebo aspoň zmierniť negatívne dopady spôsobené napríklad krízou na finančné zdravie podniku. V práci analyzujeme podnik Tauris, a.s., kde cieľom bolo zhodnotiť finančné zdravie podniku na základe historických údajov pomocou ex post analýzy. V prvej kapitole sme rozobrali stav riešenej problematiky, kde sme si poukázali na dôležité informácie, bez ktorých by sa finančná analýza neobišla a vysvetlili sme si metódy používané pri výpočte finančnej analýzy. V druhej kapitole sme popísali postup, ktorý budeme používať pri výpočte finančnej analýzy a vzorce, ktoré v našej analýze budeme používať respektíve aplikovať pre splnenie cieľa. V tretej kapitole a teda v praktickej časti, už aplikujeme samotné finančné ukazovatele respektíve metódy. V závere zhodnotíme všetky získané dáta, pomocou ktorých poukážeme na finančné zdravie analyzovaného podniku a navrhneme opatrenia pre zlepšenie. 520 $a Author’s abstract: Financial analysis is a tool used to assess the health of a company, its stability and solvency. The financial analysis deals with past, current but also future developments of the company's financial situation. With this tool, we can identify the company's strengths and weaknesses, which can help us, prevent or at least mitigate the negative effects caused by the crisis, for example, on the company's financial health. In this work, we analyze the company Tauris, a.s., where the aim was to evaluate the financial health of the company based on historical data using ex post analysis. In the first chapter, we discussed the state of the problem, where we pointed out important information without which the financial analysis would not be possible. In the second chapter, we further developed the methods of financial analysis, which we will use or apply in our analysis to meet the goal. In the third chapter and thus in the practical part, we apply the financial indicators or methods.
