Následkom vybraných cieľov je aj vytýčenie určitých návrhov na riešenie vybraných problémov, ktoré sú v závere realizácie aj predložené na prípadne zavedenie do logistických procesov v podniku. Prvá časť práce je tvorená teoretickými poznatkami, nadobudnutými od domácich a zahraničných autorov, ktorí sa problematikou logistiky zaoberajú. Ide o osvojenie terminológií a vedomostí z oblasti zásobovacej, výrobnej a distribučnej logistiky, kde v každej s nich sme si priblížili aj niekoľko možností riešenia problémov vzniknutých v logistike podniku. Obsahom druhej časti práce je vytýčenie hlavného a čiastkových cieľov, ktoré sú východiskom pre zhotovenie vlastnej časti diplomovej práce. Pre dosiahnutie cieľov sme navštívili vybraný podnik, kde sme nahliadli do procesov spojených s logistikou. Tretia časť je venovaná metodickému stanoveniu postupov, ktoré slúžia ako základ na vyhotovenie aplikačnej časti práce . Posledná, teda štvrtá časť práce zahŕňa bližší popis skúmanej spoločnosti a analýzu zaužívaných logistických procesov pri zásobovaní a distribúcií, ktoré tvoria dôležitú súčasť podnikateľského zámeru. Na záver sme navrhli niekoľko odporúčaní, ktoré sú podložené teoretickými poznatkami autorov aby zefektívnili procesy spojené s logistikou a zároveň dopomohli k správnej činnosti podniku. 520 $a Author’s abstract: The aim of the diploma thesis with a focus on the topic 'Possibilities of solving problems in the logistics of a selected company' is to analyze the problems that most often occur in the supply, production or distribution logistics of the company. The result of the selected goals is also the setting of certain proposals for solving selected problems, which are at the end of the implementation also submitted for possible implementation in the logistics processes in the company. The first part of the work consists of theoretical knowledge gained from domestic and foreign authors who deal with logistics issues. It is about acquiring terminology and knowledge in the field of supply, production and distribution logistics, where in each of them we have approached several options for solving problems arising in the logistics of the company. The content of the second part of the thesis is the setting of the main and partial goals, which are the starting point for making your own part of the thesis. To achieve our goals, we visited a selected company, where we looked at the processes associated with logistics. The third part is devoted to the methodological determination of procedures that serve as a basis for the preparation of the application part of the work. The last fourth part of the thesis includes a more detailed description of the researched company and an analysis of the used logistics processes in supply and distribution, which form an important part of the business plan.
