Relationships between the parasitic mite Spinturnix andegavinus (Acari: Spinturnicidae) and its bat host, Myotis duabentonii (Chiroptera: Vespertilionidae): seasonal, sex- and age-realted variation in infestation and possible impact of the parasite on the host condition and roosting behaviour
